By using BillGuard you agree to these terms. Apple processes purchases made in the iOS app, while the payment provider shown at checkout processes website purchases. Analysis results are informational only and are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are responsible for your account activity and must not upload illegal or unauthorized personal data.
Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription with 50 bill analyses per month and up to 10 per day. A user-requested reanalysis counts as one analysis; automatic retries of the same task do not count again. You can buy consumable credits after the monthly allowance, but the daily limit still applies. Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings and website subscriptions on the BillGuard subscription page. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
Purchases processed by Apple follow Apple's refund process and applicable policies. Website purchases follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact support with payment evidence for duplicate charges or billing errors.
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activities.
If you breach these Terms, put other users or the platform at risk, or we must act to comply with law, we may issue a warning, restrict features, remove unlawful content, suspend access, or terminate your account and service. Where reasonably practical, we will explain the reason unless urgent security, fraud, or legal requirements prevent notice. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling Pro renewal does not affect access during a period already paid for.
We aim for accurate extraction and analysis but do not guarantee error-free output. The utility provider’s official bill is authoritative.
