This page explains how BillGuard processes personal data. We apply data minimization and collect only what is needed to provide the service.
Account details, uploaded bill files, extracted bill fields, subscription state, and minimal technical logs.
Authentication, bill analysis, subscription management, reminders, and security monitoring. We do not sell bill data.
Stripe or Creem processes payments. BillGuard does not store full card numbers; only processor customer/subscription identifiers are stored.
You can update profile data or request data export/deletion. Some transaction records may be retained to meet legal obligations.
